While we do our best to guide users to complete the requisition form thoroughly and completely, sometimes there will be gaps or questions that need to be resolved before the project can progress. Luckily, ProcureNow allows you to comment on requests and gather additional information. Here's how.

Option 1: When there are specific sections/clauses you want to reach out to others about, you can add a comment and tag the appropriate collaborator. This will invite that user to the document, and send them an email alerting them about your question.

Note: assigning a comment to a user will automatically give that user access to view the document.

Option 2: Use the Invite button when you want to open up general collaboration. This will send an email to the user(s) you invited, giving them access to the document. You can adjust the permission levels for that user.

Option 3: You may receive an invitation to collaborate from someone else. For example, perhaps the purchasing team contact that reviewed your requisition had some additional questions. When you are tagged on that requisition, you will receive an email notifying you of the comments. Clicking on the link in the email will take you  to the project so you can respond and resolve the comments.

Using these features, you can collaborate on your requisition and collect the information that you need to complete the project.
