From the requisition details page, you can see the contents of the form submission by clicking on the Requisition Tab.

You can see what the requestor submitted on this tab, organized into the sections of the form.

If something is unclear or you need additional information from the requestor, you can click the comment icon next to any of the items. You can tag the user you want to send the comment to, and they will be able to respond through the tool. They will also get notified via email.

Once you have a good grasp on the project, you can process the request. We'll cover how to process a request in a different article.

If the project requires additional collaboration or stakeholders, you can invite them through ProcureNow.

Option 1: Assigning a comment to a user will automatically give that user access to view the document. You can add a comment (as explained above) and tag a new user to invite them to the document.

Option 2: Use the Invite button when you want to open up general collaboration. This will send an email to the user(s) you invited, giving them access to the document. You can adjust the permission levels for that user.

Option 3: You may receive an invitation to collaborate from someone else. When you are tagged on that requisition, you will receive an email notifying you of the comments. Clicking on the link in the email will take you back to the project.

Using these features, you can collaborate on your requisition and collect the information that you need to complete the project.
