Submitting a new purchase requisition in ProcureNow is a simple 3-step process.
- Create new requisition
- Complete requisition form
- Submit form to Procurement Department
Here are step by step instructions on how to submit your requisition.
Step 1: Create new Requisition
Click on +New Project > Requisition > Create
Step 2: Complete requisition form
Follow the steps and instructions that your organization is requesting for the requisition form. The steps, instructions, and required fields are configured by your admin.
Step 3: Submit requisition to Procurement Department
Once you have completed all the required sections, the checkmarks will light up. Click the Submit Requisition button to submit this form to the purchasing department.
Your assigned purchasing contact will be notified via email, and will review your request soon. If you ever want to check the status of your project, you can always navigate back to the project to see the current status. If the purchasing contact responds with a comment or requests additional information about the purchase, you will receive and email notification.
That's it! You're all done. Sit back and wait for your purchase to get processed.
